So...today Lexi was home, she has a sinus infection for which I was planning on her going to the Dr., but they are closed on Tuesdays(I forgot that) so tomorrow hopefully! I had Brownies and it went well, the girls are fun as always and I think there is just the right amount of seriousness and silliness for them...and me:)
After that I headed to my wonderful cookie manager's house to pick up Bella's cookies and as I was leaving I pulled a typical K and missed the steps! Yay.....oh yeah and owwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
It has been a long time since I have actually done something to myself that resulted in me ending up flat on the ground, and it had been a good run...no longer. I managed to fall and twist my ankle quite thoroughly...enough that I think everyone else(ok, and myself for a second there) thought I had broken it. But then I convinced myself that I never actually break things I just mess up joints and so that is probably what I did and I got up and drove home....and collapsed! Well, not literally, I sat down and we inspected it and it looked just as skinny and knobby as it normally does and not any shade darker either but man o man it is really hurting! I even had ice on it and had down two extra strength tylenol within 5 mins max!!!! But ouch...and nooooooo....I sooooo do not need this right now or in the coming weeks. Ick Luge, why?
Ok..so I typed that when I got home.....overnight...it has not improved a bit..in fact, it is now swollen and truning lovely shades of purple in several spots! SO I am headed into the Dr today to see what the xrays shall find.......
