Which means the popular girls in "Mean Girls" but to me, at the moment, is referring to the future new body parts:)
I went to the plastic surgeon yesterday and it was very interesting. She, Dr. Gurley, was very nice and totally willing to do what I wanted, actually was glad I was ok with taking both and just moving ahead. But she measured the "girls" and then took pictures!!!! First time ever I have consented to someone taking pics of them...granted they were only of them, no face, and for the "book'...but it was a funny feeling none the less:) But the "book" was really amazing too. It had before and after shots and it was really quite incredible to see how little scaring there was. I mean there will be a big scar across each, but it was already faded in most of the pics and they were taken one-two weeks out. Plus it will be below any swimsuit line so that is extremely cool.
Of course there is one last thing...and if you are at all squeamish about hearing about my "girls" you should skip this paragraph, there will be no areolas or nipples! I could of course have them made and color tattooed on....but it adds a whole new dimension to things. Not that it would matter all that much as there will be no feeling and they won't "act" at all like the real ones did. And I must admit there is something appealing about being able to go braless and never have to worry about "party hats" :D
Anyway, just more things for me to think about and decide at some point.
And this has been a good week, still tired but less nauseous. My younger brother and family are in town now and we spent last night at my parents celebrating my sister-in-law's(different brother tho) and nephew's bdays which was great. All four girls played downstairs together and we all sat upstairs watching the nephew chase after and play with his new car...was a riot:) I made it to the pool on Tuesday and it was quite nice and we may go later today so I am getting some color back too, which is also nice:) And tomorrow we have the pom performances to watch(the girl's camp this week) and that should be highly entertaining as well.
Hope you all have had a nice week.
Blog ya later-

Dr. Gurley is AMAZING!!! I have not seen her for about 6 years now, but she actually used to do children's cleft repairs. She's the surgeon who made my Jordan beautiful and most people can not even tell that Jordan had a cleft lip when she was born. I was heartbroken when I heard that Dr. Gurley wasn't doing children's repairs anymore, but I'm glad she's helping women with breast cancer!
You make me laugh out loud. Party hats!! I always referred that always unfortunate physiological reaction as "headlights," or stating it "is a bit nipply out." (thank you Chevy Chase). Hang in there. Jean
